Return Policy

All products sold through Painfully Honest are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, fit, or change of mind.


Damages and Defects

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting painfullyhonestclothing@gmail.com We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition that you received them

  • Unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Made-to-order products without a cosmetic error or defect

  • Items returned due to wrong size, color, or change of mind

  • Sale items and gift cards


Refunds

If a refund is approved for a defective or incorrect item, we will notify you once the return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
